The paddle power, stability and great feeling of getting in tune so quickly with this shape comes from the small pull-out nose profile, and for mounting in all conditions I decided to put an old school higher wing, reduced surface during maneuvers with the same outline curve. Rails, rocker and foil are balanced to have consistency in a wide variety of conditions.

Paddle power, stability combined with a generous sweet spot ensure Toro is easy to use and is an easy transition from your shortboard. Surf the Toro 1 to 2 inches shorter than your shortboard. The slightly wider nose profile created by the high wing creates stability in smaller, weaker waves, while reducing tail surface area during turns. "
