SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long does it take to ship the order?

We process all orders within 24 working hours from the moment of payment. Delivery usually takes 24/48 hours throughout Italy (72 hours for islands or remote areas).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders over €500. For amounts below this, there is a fixed charge of €10.

Can I track my package?

Yes. As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email and an SMS containing the tracking link to follow the delivery in real-time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I change the size of a clothing item or shoes?

Certainly. If the size isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange. The product must be new, unused, and with the original tag attached.

How can I start a return?

You just need to send us a message on WhatsApp or an email stating your order number. We will immediately explain the steps to return the product.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

We carefully check every board, skate, and garment before dispatch. However, if a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending us a photo of the damage: we will resolve the issue immediately at our expense.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.

Are payments on the site secure?

Yes, 100%. Our e-commerce platform is built on Shopify, which uses the highest security standards on the market (SSL encryption) to protect your financial data.

Are the products I see on the website also available in the store?

Our online catalog reflects the actual availability of our physical store. If a product appears as available on the website, you can pick it up directly at the store by selecting the "Store Pickup" option at checkout.
