Solarez Polyester Repair Kit | Solarez

The Solarez Polyester repair kit is what you need to repair your polyester surfboard with polyurethane foam: well, quickly, and anywhere.

This kit is not compatible with EPS foam, so it should not be used on epoxy boards.

Solarez is a mixture of polyester resin with millions of glass fibers, a catalyst, and a UV agent that cures the mixture in minutes.

Inside, there is a small sandpaper to clean the board before application.

HOW TO USE IT:

• Clean the surface to be repaired thoroughly, removing dirt and wax;
• Perform the repair in a well-ventilated area, preferably in the shade, and then expose it to sunlight;
• If necessary, spread the resin with the aid of a spatula; do not use your fingers;
• After working with the resin, expose it to the sun and wait a few minutes for it to dry, then lightly sand with fine sandpaper once the resin has hardened.
