The inner chamber is made of PVC and the outer protective chamber is made of 300D NYLON.

The Torpedo Master buoy has 6 Nylon D-rings on the bottom of the buoy and one on the front.

The buoy is equipped with a double signal flag and a floating Nylon rope.
